Carl Arnold is proud to provide exceptional Family Mediation, Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE), and Collaborative Separation/Divorce legal representation through Arnold Law and Mediation LLC all across Minnesota on Zoom. Carl teaches courses certified by the State of Minnesota for Family Mediation. He co-teaches, with Katie Arnold, an annual college course on negotiation and mediation at Metropolitan State University. Carl has previously represented many clients in Divorce and Custody cases and many parents and grandparents in child protection cases in Minnesota.

Katie Arnold is the Co-Executive Director of Community Mediation Minnesota, a statewide mediation program. She was the Director of Restorative and Mediation Practices (RAMP) for six years, and she has worked for over 13 years as a professional family and civil mediator. She has taught and worked with students at the primary and secondary school levels, and she co-teaches a college course on negotiation and mediation at Metro State University with Carl Arnold every fall semester. Katie serves on the Minnesota Bar Association’s ADR Council and the Advisory Council for the State of Minnesota’s Office of Collaboration and Dispute Resolution. Katie has her Masters degree in human behavioral psychology.
