1-on-1 Mediator Mentoring

First Session after Discovery Session:
Listening session to explore mediator's background, experience and goals

Common Session Topics::
- Identify mediator's contacts and develop a plan to maximize networking with existing contacts
- Make a plan to grow new networking connections
- Review mediator's online presence and make an improvement plan
- Discuss processes and flow from intake to payment for mediation
- Explore opportunities for speaking and/or writing to become a known mediator
- Other specific goals/needs identified in Discovery Session

Session Pricing Structure:
3 Meeting (tune-up option) $600
5 Meetings (1hr each on Zoom) $750
Additional meetings $360/hr or in 3 or 5 Meeting packages at the prices above.

Small Group Mediator Mentoring - Grow Your Mediation Practice groups

If you want to grow your mediation practice you'll need to commit to setting aside dedicated time each month in order to take concrete steps to increase your visibility and reputation for those seeking your mediation services and those who will refer mediation cases to you.

Commit to meeting monthly on Zoom with Carl Arnold as he facilitates regular small-group brainstorming sessions to help you develop ideas and determine your specific plan to grow your mediation practice based on your skills and interests!

Actively Participate and learn from well-known Minnesota Family Law Mediator and Mediation Trainer Carl Arnold as he facilitates monthly small-group marketing brainstorming and provides tips and solid action steps to help you grow your practice.  You don't have to do this alone!

$50/mo per participant (to compensate the facilitator and to encourage attendance). Cancel at any time.

The next "Grow Your Mediation Practice" group starts Wednesday, January 10, 2024 and goes for 12 months:
The 2024 Grow Your Mediation Practice Group will meet on Zoom monthly on the second Wednesday of every month.
​(space limited to encourage networking and discussion)
2024 Dates: January 10, February 14, March 13, April 10, May 8, June 12, July 10, August 14, September 11, October 9, November 13 & December 11.

All group meeting dates are Wednesdays from 7:45am-8:45am (CST) on Zoom.

All sessions will be recorded so that if you have to miss a session you will be able to review the recording.  

​All sessions will include a free computer-generated transcript for your reference.
